Fresh off their tension-filled loss to the Indiana Pacers, the Golden State Warriors will travel to Madison Square Garden to take on the New York Knicks Wednesday night. The contest is one of 10 on the NBA docket for the evening.
NBA 2013 schedule: Warriors face Knicks after skirmish in Indiana
One day after losing to the Pacers in a game that saw a fight break out in the fourth quarter, the Warriors get to visit Madison Square Garden and the Knicks.

The Warriors lost, 108-97, to the Pacers on Tuesday, and fireworks exploded late in the fourth quarter. David Lee and Roy Hibbert began a shoving match under the basket, which led to a skirmish that spilled into the crowd. Stephen Curry, who scored 38 points in the loss, tried to step up for Lee but was tossed aside several times by the much larger Hibbert. Lee and Curry could both be facing suspensions.
The loss snapped a three-game winning streak for Golden State, but the Warriors still remain two games ahead of the Utah Jazz for sixth in the Western Conference. The Jazz will also be in action on Wednesday, as they will be hosting the Atlanta Hawks.
As for the Knicks, they finally got back on track Sunday by beating the floundering Philadelphia 76ers, 99-93. Prior to that, New York had lost four games in a row, causing the team to fall out of second place in the Eastern Conference thanks to Indiana's recent hot streak.
Carmelo Anthony will play, as he was not suspended for his flagrant foul against Spencer Hawes. Anthony and the Knicks will try to reverse their recent struggles against the Warriors, who have won six of the last nine meetings at Madison Square Garden.
