The Denver Nuggets have jumped up to fourth place in the Western Conference standings while riding an eight-game winning streak which includes their last six games at home. After taking advantage of the home-friendly schedule, the Nuggets begin a four-game road trip before the All-Star break when they visit the Cleveland Cavaliers on Saturday night.

NBA action on Saturday includes Western Conference playoff contenders Denver and Golden State looking for wins on the road.

Denver is a lethal 22-3 at home this season, but its current winning streak will be put to the test starting tonight when the Nuggets play away from the Pepsi Center for the first time in over two weeks. The Nuggets are just 10-15 on the road and face a Cavaliers team that has fared well at home of late as well.
Cleveland will be playing the second of back-to-back games when it hosts the Nuggets after beating the Orlando Magic,119-109 on Friday night. The Cavs have won three in a row at home while averaging over 118 points in the three wins.
In other action, the Golden State Warriors will try to salvage a win to close out their current four-game road trip against the Dallas Mavericks. The Warriors are one of the teams Denver recently jumped in the Western Conference standings after Golden State lost its first three games on the road this week. The brutal roadie has the Dubs playing their fourth game in five days after losses this week at Houston, Oklahoma City and Memphis, all playoff teams in the West.
Dallas continues to struggle through the season, unable to gain enough winning traction to join the playoff race in the West. O.J. Mayo leads an inconsistent bunch of Dallas offensive options with 18 points per game.
