The Milwaukee Bucks created more space between them and one of the teams chasing them for the final Eastern Conference playoff spot, beating the Toronto Raptors in overtime.

After a back and forth first half, the Bucks looked to have things in hand when they outscored the Raptors 28-19 in the third quarter to take an eight-point lead heading in to the fourth quarter. That’s when Toronto started a 13-2 run to take an 87-84 lead with just over eight minutes to go. The Bucks followed that up by scoring four straight of their own to retake the lead.
The lead then changed hands seven times over the final seven minutes of the fourth quarter. The Bucks looked to have the game wrapped up when Ersan Ilyasova made a jumper with six seconds left to give Milwaukee a 104-102 lead. After a time out, Raptors forward Alan Anderson got free for a dunk to tie the game with one second left to send the game in to overtime.
The Bucks jumped out to an early lead in the extra frame, scoring 11 straight points and never looked back. In addition to Jennings' 19 assists, the Bucks also got 29 points and 11 rebounds from Ilyasova, 22 points from Monta Ellis and 13 points, 12 rebounds and five blocks from Larry Sanders. Anderson led the Raptors with 21 points off the bench, while DeMar DeRozan had 18 points and nine assists.
