BOSTON -- On Thursday, Celtics team president Danny Ainge criticized LeBron James during an interview with WEEI saying that it was, "almost embarrassing that LeBron would complain about officiating."
Danny Ainge’s response to Pat Riley: ‘We’re both right’
Danny Ainge isn’t about to get into a war of words with Pat Riley after his initial criticism of LeBron James.

Heat president Pat Riley had his say, telling reporters in Miami that Ainge should, "Shut the f--k up and manage his own team." Riley added, "He was the biggest whiner going when he was playing and I know that because I coached against him."
Told of those comments before the Celtics played the Hawks on Friday, Ainge responded, "I would say we're both right. LeBron should quit complaining. I complained as a player and I should manage my own team. We're both right."
Asked if he did his share of complaining as a player, Ainge said, “Oh heavens yes. That’s not a secret.”
Just for posterity, here’s one more from Ainge: “Pat Riley’s right. I should manage my own team. I complained a lot to the officials. And I’m right. LeBron should be embarrassed about how he complains about the calls he gets.”
