Clippers vs. Spurs final score: Tim Duncan hits game-winner in 104-102 San Antonio win

Tim Duncan hit a jumper and drew a foul with two seconds left to help the Spurs beat the Clippers Friday.

Tim Duncan hit a jumper and drew a foul, converting the free throw, with two seconds left to give the San Antonio Spurs (55-17) a 104-102 win over the Los Angeles Clippers (49-24) Friday. Chris Paul missed a shot at the other end that would've tied the game. It was San Antonio's second straight win.

The Clippers had rallied to take a one-point lead after trailing by six points entering the fourth quarter. Duncan finished with 34 points, 11 rebounds and three assists. Tony Parker had 24 points and eight assists and Tiago Splitter scored 14 points. The Spurs shot 53 percent.

Paul had 14 points and 12 assists for the Clippers, but shot just 5 for 14. Blake Griffin had 18 points and seven rebounds and Jamal Crawford scored 16 points off the bench. The Clippers shot 51 percent for the game.
