Kobe Bryant is always willing to give it a go while dealing with various injuries and it appears he will be ready to play for the Los Angeles Lakers on Saturday night when they visit the Sacramento Kings.

The Lakers star is dealing with a left foot injury but expects to play on Saturday night.

A bone spur in Bryant’s left foot created enough discomfort following the Lakers loss to Milwaukee on Thursday that Bryant had to leave the arena on crutches. After further analysis of the injury on Friday, the Lakers listed Bryant as probable for the team’s game in Sacramento, according to reports.
Bryant missed the better part of three games following a left ankle sprain two weeks ago. Initially, he tried to play through the pain against Indiana, but he could only endure it for one quarter before exiting. Once again he will try to work through the pain as the Lakers struggle to work their way into the playoffs in the Western Conference.
If the playoffs started today, the Lakers would be out of the action as they currently sit tied with Utah for the No. 8 spot in the West. The Jazz hold the tie breaker though after winning the season series between the two teams.
While Bryant will try to play on Saturday, point guard Steve Nash has already been ruled out with hip and hamstring issues.
