The injuries keep piling up for the Los Angeles Lakers as Steve Nash left Saturday's game against the Sacramento Kings. Nash logged just two minutes before leaving the floor and heading to the locker room. Minutes later, the Orange County Register's Kevin Ding reported that Nash wouldn't return due to a right hamstring strain.

The multi-time All-Star leaves just two minutes in to the game against the Sacramento Kings with a right hamstring strain and will not return.

Nash's availability for the game was up in the air just hours before the game because of a problem he had been having with his hip. Ding later added that lately Nash's hip and hamstring problems had been related. Steve Blake subbed in for Nash and he, the little-used Chris Duhon and Kobe Bryant are splitting ball-handling duties.
The Lakers entered the game at 37-36, tied with the Utah Jazz for eighth place in the Western Conference. Both teams are one game ahead of the Dallas Mavericks, who the Lakers play Sunday at Staples Center. The Lakers are already without Metta World Peace, who is out six weeks with a left meniscus tear.
