Washington Wizards point guard John Wall took over in the late stages of Sunday night's game against the Philadelphia 76ers, scoring the final six points in a 90-87 victory. And after his dagger jumper with 4.4 seconds left, Wall stared down prominent agent David Falk, who had some rather unpleasant things to say about the young point guard earlier this season.

In an interview with Mike Wise of The Washington Post last month, Falk ripped Wall apart, saying the Wizards should look to trade him before he “becomes Nene.” Falk, a Wizards season ticket holder, criticized Wall’s feel for the game, saying that he only knows how to play at one speed and is unlikely to ever change all that much.
Wall has been up-and-down in his three NBA seasons, as he’s shooting just 41.5 percent for his career and tends to turn the ball over a lot. However, he’s still young and loaded with potential, and his return to the Wizards lineup after dealing with a knee injury this season has made the team much more competitive. Washington is 14-11 since Wall returned from the injury.
While Wall's agent and Wizards coach Randy Wittman did respond to the comments made by Falk, who did later apologize, Wall himself never addressed the bashing. Instead, he let his clutch play and icy stare do the talking on Sunday night.
