Two-time AP All-American guard Jamaal Franklin has decided to leave San Diego State and declare for the 2013 NBA Draft. The 6'5 guard averaged 17.0 points and 9.5 rebounds and 3.3 assists per game during his junior season with the Aztecs, and he finished his career at San Diego State in the top 20 all-time for points and rebounds.

San Diego State Aztecs junior guard Jamaal Franklin has announced that he will enter the 2013 NBA Draft. In what range will NBA GMs target the 6’5 scorer?
Franklin led the Aztecs in scoring and rebounding during his sophomore and junior seasons. He is considered a mid-first-round pick by Chad Ford of ESPN and is the No. 25 prospect on the Draft Express Top 100 list. He has yet to develop a consistent three-point shot -- he was a 28.0 percent shooter from deep in 2012-13 -- and that may limit his stock a bit as the draft approaches. However, things have worked out well for his former teammate from 2010-11, Kawhi Leonard of the San Antonio Spurs, who also had some long-distance shooting issues in college.
