The Spurs and Lakers play game one at 3:30 p.m. ET Sunday in San Antonio. The Spurs open favored by 8.5 points, according to Odds Shark.
Both teams are dealing with injury issues. The Lakers will be without Kobe Bryant for the remainder of the playoffs after he tore his Achilles tendon, and Spurs stars Manu Ginobili and Tony Parker have been hampered by injuries late in the season.
The Spurs won two of three games against the Lakers this season.
