For the second time in as many playoff games, the Milwaukee Bucks have hung with the Miami Heat for the better part of their first-round matchup. Tuesday night, the Bucks trailed just 68-65 before the Heat broke the game open with a 12-0 run. That run came courtesy of LeBron James and the Miami second unit. After the game, Heat head coach Erik Spoelstra talked about the importance of the energy Chris Andersen, Norris Cole and the rest of the second unit bring.

Chris Andersen, Norris Cole and the rest of the Miami Heat second unit helped spark a 12-0 run that helped Miami run away with a Game 2 win.
“They come in with great energy obviously, quickness, and above everything else a sense of urgency,” Spoelstra said. “And it sparks us.”
Andersen was perhaps the biggest spark off the bench, chipping in 10 points and eight rebounds, while Shane Battier also added 10 points.
Spoelstra also said these first two games have provided a reminder to the Heat that the playoffs are all about grinding out victories, adding that he expects his team will have another challenge on their hands heading in to Game 3.
“We can expect an absolute crazy energy from their team and the crowd,” Spoelstra said. “We just have to find a way. Find a way in game 3.”
Game 3 is scheduled for Thursday at 7:30 p.m. ET from the Bradley Center.
