Thank goodness for Denver vs Golden State. Without that game Friday, we would have been stuck with a night full of ugly one-sided basketball.
2013 NBA Playoffs nightly GIF recap: Knicks and Spurs win in blowouts as Warriors edge Nuggets
Because even when the games are awful, the GIFs are good.
We started with the Knicks in Boston. The Celtics maintained a good level of disappointment throughout the entire game, consistently down by double-figures. There weren't a lot of highlights, but we did get this weird pass to J.R. Smith from Raymond Felton for three.
Later on, J.R. Smith interrupted the game's overwhelmingly depressing spirit with a little bit of Celtics anger when he elbowed Jason Terry.
Regardless, this GIF sums up the entire game for the Celtics.
Less surprisingly, the Lakers' game against the Spurs was even worse. Andrew Goudelock and Darius Morris combined for 44 points and the Lakers STILL lost by 31 points. That's their worst home playoff loss ever. Yikes.
Tim Duncan dunked so hard, Phil Jackson jokingly mistook it for an actual earthquake.
As the Spurs coasted to an easy win, Tony Parker and Tim Duncan both were fantastic trolls.
Among the GIFs from this game, we had JaVale McGee's seemingly accidental floater, Andre Iguodala's awesome reverse dunk and Stephen Curry's hot sauce circus shot.
And to cap things off, here's Anthony Randolph with an absolutely godawful goaltend.
