Nate McMillan will meet with the Detroit Pistons on Tuesday to discuss their open head coaching job, according to a report by ESPN.com's Marc Stein.
Pistons coaching search: Nate McMillan reportedly interviewing with Detroit on Tuesday
The former Trail Blazers coach is one of the favorites to take over for Lawrence Frank in Detroit.

McMillan, who spent 12 years as the head coach of the Sonics and Trail Blazers, is one of the biggest names on the coaching carousel. After being let go by Portland as they began a rebuilding effort last season, McMillan was one of the assistants on Team USA's gold medal-winning team at the 2012 Olympics.
The Pistons' opening, with a promising young big-man duo of Greg Monroe and Andre Drummond, is one of the most intriguing jobs available, especially after the Cleveland Cavaliers re-hired Mike Brown to take their head coaching job.
McMillan is one of several names that have been linked to Detroit, as they are also rumored to be interested in Phoenix Suns interim head coach Lindsey Hunter and Houston Rockets assistant Kelvin Sampson.
