Bobcats coaching search: Quin Snyder to interview with Charlotte, according to report
The Bobcats will interview Quin Snyder for their head coaching job. Charlotte interviewed Snyder last year before hiring Mike Dunlap.

Snyder interviewed with the Bobcats last year when he was an assistant with the Los Angeles Lakers. The job went to Mike Dunlap, who was fired after going 21-61 this season.
Prior to coaching with the Lakers, Snyder spent time with the Philadelphia 76ers as a player development coach. The Sixers have reportedly shown some interest in Snyder for their head coaching position.
Snyder began his coaching career as an assistant for the Los Angeles Clippers during the 1992-93 season while completing graduate work at Duke. Snyder then served as an assistant under Mike Krzyzewski from 1993-99 before becoming head coach at Missouri. He enjoyed quite a bit of success in his seven years at Missouri, but resigned in 2006 amid an NCAA investigation. He also coached in the NBA D-League.
