The NBA has fined Tony Allen $5,000 for violating the league's anti-flopping rules in the fourth quarter of Game 2 of the Western Conference finals. The league made the announcement two days after the flop, which can be seen in all of its flopping glory here:

The league has fined Tony Allen $5,000 for flopping in Game 2.
Manu Ginobili’s foul initially looked like a hard one and the referees deemed the foul flagrant. Upon further review, the league concluded that Allen had “flopped”. While Allen clutched his head in pain and rolled around the floor after hitting the deck, the replay shows his head never hit the floor.

The flop gave Allen two free throws in the final 26 seconds of the fourth quarter. Allen made both and Mike Conley scored on the Grizzlies' possession after the free throws, tying the game and forcing overtime. The San Antonio Spurs ultimately prevailed in overtime, but had the Grizzlies won, the referees awarding Allen for flopping could have drastically altered the series.
Now, the Spurs hold a 2-0 lead going into Game 3 on Saturday.
