NBA Playoff schedule 2013: Nets host Bulls for decisive Game 7

The Bulls and Nets face off in Brooklyn for one final game as the first pairing in the first round of the NBA Playoffs to reach Game 7.

After a loaded Friday night the NBA's Saturday slate holds just one game: Game 7 between the Brooklyn Nets and Chicago Bulls.

Bulls vs. Nets, Game 7 (Series tied, 3-3)
Game time: 8 p.m. ET | TV: TNT, CSCH, YES

The Bulls failed to eliminate the Nets in Chicago on Thursday and must now travel to Brooklyn for a decisive Game 7. Luol Deng missed Game 6 because of health issues and is expected to play if he is medically cleared before tip-off. Deng took to Twitter on Friday to clarify that he did not miss Game 6 because of the flu, but was in the emergency room after symptoms indicated he may have had meningitis.

Jay Patt of Blog a Bull writes that the Bulls being depleted going into an elimination game is “not a good place to be,” but he knows better than to count Chicago out as the Bulls have fought through injuries all season:

Going back to Brooklyn for a Game 7 with this depleted roster is not a good place to be. But I’m certainly not going to count the Bulls out. Even if Hinrich and Deng are unable to go or are extremely limited, we know the rest of these Bulls won’t go down without a fight. We also know that these Nets are susceptible to a collapse, which we saw in Game 4 and almost saw again last night. Brooklyn shot 27.8 percent overall and went 13-of-23 from the free throw line in the second half last night, and it almost seemed like they were just praying for the clock to run out.

It's win or go home for both teams. Will the shorthanded Bulls advance to face the Miami Heat, or can Brooklyn salvage its playoff run?
