Chris Paul, Zach Randolph ejected in crazy finish

Game 6 of the Clippers-Grizzlies series was the most physical game we've seen of these playoffs, without a doubt. Zach Randolph and Blake Griffin scuffled, and there have been fouls and technicals everywhere.

But a close game devolved into chaos with the score increasingly getting out of hand for the Clippers. With a little over two minutes left, Tayshaun Prince shot a second free throw attempt to put the Grizzlies up 14. Marc Gasol was on the left block with Matt Barnes positioned right next to him, closer to the basket. As Barnes boxed out a clearly disinterested Gasol, Chris Paul ran straight at Gasol, hitting him in the gut and doubling Gasol over.

For his efforts, Paul was awarded with a technical foul, his second of the game, thereby ending his night with an ejection.

As if the game wasn’t undoubtedly in hand for Memphis at this point, the Grizzlies continued on and Randolph was tossed out shortly afterwards for what must have been a little too much chatter.

But Z-Bo didn’t seem to mind it much and skipped off to the locker room, egging the crowd to cheer on louder as they finished with a 13-point win.
