When the 2013 NBA Draft begins at Barclays Center in Brooklyn, NY on Thursday night at 7:30 p.m. ET on ESPN, nobody knows what will happen. The Cleveland Cavaliers hold the No. 1 overall pick, but they are undecided on whether to take Nerlens Noel, Alex Len, Otto Porter, Victor Oladipo or any of the other prospects at the top of the draft board, so their decision could drastically alter draft plans for the teams picking behind them. This draft class isn't considered top-heavy, but the sheer volume of solid role players expected to be available in the first round could lead to some creative trades and maneuvers on draft night.
