The New York Knicks have finalized a trade that will send Marcus Camby, Steve Novak, their 2016 first-round draft pick and two future second-round draft picks to the Toronto Raptors for Andrea Bargnani, reports Adrian Wojnarowski of Yahoo! Sports.

Bargnani has two years and over $22 million remaining on his contract. He averaged 12.7 points per game on 40 percent shooting last season and appeared in only 35 games after dealing with injuries to his right elbow. He also averaged only 3.7 rebounds per game last season.

The Knicks are sending out the remaining $18.5 million in guaranteed salary between Camby and Novak. Novak has served as New York’s three-point specialist in his two years with the franchise, averaging 44.5 percent from beyond the arc.
The first big move of Masai Ujiri's tenure with the Raptors is sending out the oft-criticized Bargnani. This is a clear indication that the Raptors are embracing change as a franchise. Bargnani was the first overall draft pick in the 2006 NBA Draft.
