The Chicago Bulls have reached a verbal agreement with free-agent center Nazr Mohammed on a one-year deal for the veteran's minimum. There's not much to say about this one. The Bulls could absolutely use a better backup to the injury-prone Joakim Noah, but don't have the means to spend for one unless they use a trade exception from last year's Kyle Korver deal, which won't happen.
Nazr Mohammed returns to Bulls, where he’ll provide deep-bench insurance again
This also ensures that the Bulls will have someone that can shove LeBron James when needed.
