The Memphis Grizzlies and Oklahoma City Thunder are the leading candidates to sign veteran free agent Mike Miller, according to Fox Sports Florida's Chris Tomasson. The Thunder are reportedly viewed as the most likely destination, though ESPN's Marc Stein reports that the Denver Nuggets are emerging as a possible "threat" to sign Miller.
NBA free agency rumors: Grizzlies, Thunder reportedly in lead to sign Mike Miller
The Grizzlies and Thunder are the favorites to sign free agent Mike Miller, who was recently amnestied by the Heat. The Nuggets are also trying to get involved.

Miller cleared amnesty waivers on Thursday after being cut by the Miami Heat for luxury tax relief. Any team is now available to sign Miller and both Memphis and Oklahoma City need some shooting to help bolster their bench.
Miller has dealt with some health issues in recent years, playing in just 139 games in three seasons with Miami. Even though the veteran guard was in and out of the Heat lineup, however, he continued to find ways to make an impact in the postseason.
In the deciding game of the 2012 NBA Finals, Miller poured in 23 points while hitting 7-of-8 from three-point range against Oklahoma City. He followed up on that performance in the 2013 NBA Finals against the San Antonio Spurs, Miller shot 61.1 percent from downtown.
Miller does have ties to the Grizzlies, too, as he played in Memphis from 2002-08.
