Las Vegas Summer League 2013: Day 11 schedule, TV times, and who to watch

The Warriors and Suns will play in the first-ever Summer League championship game on Monday night in Las Vegas.

USA TODAY Sports

The final day of the Las Vegas Summer League is upon us, with the Golden State Warriors and Phoenix Suns squaring off in the first-ever Summer League championship game at the Thomas and Mack Center.

Both teams are unbeaten this summer with identical 6-0 records. The Warriors earned the top seed in the inaugural tournament, while the Suns are the No. 3 seed.

Golden State advanced to the championship game with a 75-67 win over the Charlotte Bobcats on Sunday night. Draymond Green had 15 points and 12 rebounds, while Cameron Jones scored a game-high 16 points. The victory was the Warriors' 13th consecutive Summer League victory, an NBA record.

Kent Bazemore leads the Warriors in scoring this summer with 18.5 points per game. Green hasn't shot well from the field, but he's averaging 12.8 points and 7.3 rebounds. Jones is averaging 11.7 points while shooting 54.5 percent from three-point land.

Phoenix got to the final with a slim 91-89 triumph over the Miami Heat on Sunday. The Suns led by 20 in the second half, but they blew the lead and had to come back in the final minutes. Markieff Morris hit what proved to be the game-winner with 21.8 seconds left. P.J. Tucker led the way with 19 points.

Morris and his twin brother Marcus have been the key cogs for the Suns in Vegas, as the brothers are the team's two leading scorers. 2013 first-round pick Archie Goodwin has been extremely impressive, averaging 12.3 points on 48.8 percent shooting overall and 63.6 percent from downtown. 2012 lottery pick Kendall Marshall has underwhelmed with averages of 6.2 points and 4.0 assists.

The championship game will tip off at 9 p.m. ET and be broadcast live on NBA TV. The game can also be viewed online with the purchase of NBA.com’s Summer League Live subscription.
