The San Antonio Spurs beat the Memphis Grizzlies 110-108 in overtime on Tuesday night in a game that featured one of the wildest finishes you'll ever see.

The Grizzlies erased a 12-point deficit in the last 1:35 of the fourth quarter, but Manu Ginobili won it for the Spurs in overtime.

The Spurs appeared to be in complete control in the fourth quarter, leading by 16 points with five minutes left and 12 with 1:35 remaining as Mike Conley stepped to the charity stripe for a pair of seemingly innocuous free throws.
Conley split the pair of free throws, and after Manu Ginobili missed a three on the ensuing Spurs possession, the Grizzlies had a chance to cut the deficit to single-digits. Memphis did just that on the back of a Conley and-1.
Conley then stepped up on the defensive end, stealing the ball after a Jeff Ayres mishandle and assisting on a Courtney Lee layup, trimming the margin to just six with 48 seconds left.
After Marco Belinelli missed a three, Conley struck again, burying a three-pointer to make the score 96-93 in favor of San Antonio with 20 seconds remaining. The wheels were almost completely off for the Spurs, and sure enough, Belinelli turned it over on the next possession.
It was James Johnson who came up with the steal, and he had a wide open lane to the basket to cut the deficit to one. But instead of doing that, Johnson, a career 27.8 percent shooter from three, decided to go for the tie and hoisted a bomb in transition:
Yes, that shot went in to tie the score at 96-96. Despite the collapse, the Spurs appeared to have the game won moments later when Ginobili scored with 3.6 seconds left:
But Conley answered as time expired to send the game to overtime:
The overtime period went back and forth, but after Johnson tied the game on a layup with eight seconds left, Ginobili delivered one final dagger:
Ginobili's heroics ruined a huge performance from Conley, who finished with 30 points, six rebounds and five assists. Ginobili himself was quiet for most of the night, with his two clutch buckets marking just his second and third field goals of the contest. Tim Duncan had a big game, tallying 24 points and 17 rebounds.
