LeBron James says Cavaliers ‘are not very good’ right now
A loss to the Detroit Pistons Sunday night has James calling his team out.

“Right now we not very good,” he said, via Chris Fedor of Cleveland.com. “In every aspect of the game.”
The win was just Detroit’s seventh of the season. The Cavaliers, meanwhile, fell to 18-12 with the loss. They’ve split their last 10 games and are currently in possession of the fifth-best record in the Eastern Conference.
Defense has been a problem for Cleveland all season and Sunday against Detroit was no different. The Cavaliers allowed the fourth-worst offensive team in the NBA to connect on 17 of their 34 shots from behind the arc. On the season, Cleveland is allowing opponents to score 105.4 points per 100 possessions, the eighth-worst number in the league.
The difference Sunday was the Cavaliers’ offense, which has been the team’s saving grace all season, was also inefficient. Cleveland shot just 38 percent from the field and turned the ball over 17 times. Seven of those were committed by James, who is averaging nearly four turnovers per game, a number he’s never hit before in his career.

Cleveland's next game is Tuesday night against the 22-8 Atlanta Hawks.
