Rose freezes Denver with nasty step-back jumper

David Banks-USA TODAY SportsDerrick Rose was 2-for-14 heading into the fourth quarter against the Denver Nuggets on Thursday night. That’s when the Bulls star finally found his groove. Rose scored 13 points in the period to help Chicago secure a 106-101 win at the United Center. This step-back might have been the prettiest play of the bunch.

James has been dealing with some lingering leg issues recently after he ran into some seats on Christmas Day. He briefly left that game with leg tightness, but has been able to play through any issues in the two games since. James is coming off a down game when he shot just 5-of-19 in a loss to Detroit on Sunday.
James leads the Cavaliers in scoring and assists at 25.2 and 7.6 per game.
