Dion Waiters hyperextends knee on dunk on Spencer Hawes

The Cleveland Cavaliers are actually looking like a legit basketball team these days, and they're doing some pretty cool stuff. Take this Dion Waiters throw down on Spencer Hawes, for example (via @gifdsports):

Unfortunately, Waiters injured himself on the play, going to the floor for a few moments in some obvious pain. He was able to walk off the court under his own power and was joking on the bench with his teammates, but he suffered a hyperextended knee and is done for the night, according to Sam Amico of Fox Sports Ohio.

The Cavs are up big on the Philadelphia 76ers early in the second half. Related: The Sixers are abysmal.
