The proposed deal that would've sent New York Knicks guards Iman Shumpert and Raymond Felton to the Los Angeles Clippers for guards Darren Collison and Reggie Bullock reportedly fell apart on Wednesday night, and that was just before Shumpert went down with a knee injury in the team's 98-91 win over the New Orleans Pelicans.
Iman Shumpert injures knee shortly after trade talks collapse
Knicks, Clippers deal falls through Wednesday night.

Shumpert suffered a sprained MCL in his left knee when he landed awkwardly on a drive to the basket, and he will return to New York for an MRI on Thursday.
Wojnarowski also writes the Knicks have been shopping Shumpert in a concerted effort to bring another point guard to New York. The shooting guard is averaging just 6.9 points and 4.5 rebounds per game, but he remains one of the team’s top trade assets. He’s still young and has shown promise as an excellent perimeter defender with spot-up shooting capabilities.
But as the trade deadline looms — now less than four hours away — the probability of the Knicks moving him grows slimmer by the minute.
