The Grizzlies held off a late Clippers run in the fourth quarter, pulling out a 102-96 win behind stingy defense and a balanced offensive attack. Memphis' front court duo of Zach Randolph and Marc Gasol led the way.
Clippers vs. Grizzlies final score: Memphis holds off Los Angeles late, 102-96
Zach Randolph and Marc Gasol were too much for the Clippers to handle down the stretch.

The big-man combination battled the Clippers on every possession late. They combined for 13 points, four rebounds and two blocks in the game’s final two minutes. Randolph finished with 21 points and 11 rebounds, and Gasol added 17 points and 10 rebounds.
Blake Griffin led the way for the Clippers, finishing with 28 points and 13 boards, and Chris Paul totaled 18 points and dished out 14 assists.
Los Angeles jumped out ahead after the first quarter, but Memphis battled back with a 32-point second quarter and went into halftime with a 53-50 lead. James Johnson led the Grizzlies with 13 first-half points and finished this play, which just isn't fair:
The third quarter slowed down a little, however, as the Clippers shot just 33 percent and the Grizzlies connected on just 9-of-22 from the floor. Memphis opened up its lead to 12 points early in the fourth quarter. That lead eventually was cut to two points with just minutes remaining, but the Clippers were unable to overcome the Grizzlies.
