UCLA Bruins guard Jordan Adams has decided to leave school after his sophomore season and enter the 2014 NBA Draft, according to both Yahoo! Sports and ESPN. Adams' decision comes just more than a week after he announced through the school that he would return for his junior season, and it slips him into the draft pool before the early-entry deadline hits at the end of Sunday.

UCLA guard Jordan Adams initially decided to stay in school for his junior season, but changed his mind on the eve of the early-entry deadline.

Adams averaged 17 points, five rebounds and 2.6 steals per game in 2013-14 while helping UCLA to a Sweet 16 appearance in the NCAA Tournament. The 6'5, 220 pound shooting guard hit 49 percent of his shot attempts and 36 percent from three-point range this season.
Before Adams’ change of heart, DraftExpress pegged him as the 25th overall pick in its 2015 mock draft.
Adams is the third UCLA player to leave this offseason and joins sophomore point-forward Kyle Anderson and freshman guard Zach LaVine as an early-entry draft candidate.
UCLA coach Steve Alford's team will move on with freshman point guard Bryce Alford and shooting guard Norman Powell likely successors to Anderson and Adams, respectively. The Bruins will also turn to incoming recruit Isaac Hamilton to fill in the backcourt that's experiencing a bit of turnover.
