Warriors vs. Clippers Game 5, NBA playoffs 2014: Time, TV schedule, radio and more
The Clippers return home for the first time since the controversy surrounding owner Donald Sterling erupted.

With the team owner embroiled in controversy, the Los Angeles Clippers return home for Game 5 of their first-round series against the Golden State Warriors.
This will be the first game at Staples Center since a recording surfaced on Friday of Clippers owner Donald Sterling allegedly making racist remarks. Clippers players discussed boycotting Game 4 at Oracle Arena on Sunday, but chose to do a silent protest instead. The players are hoping to make a “stronger statement” for Game 5, but it’s still unclear what that might entail. NBA commissioner Adam Silver is set to address the situation at a 2 p.m. ET press conference on Tuesday.
On the court, the Clippers will try to bounce back after a 118-97 shellacking at the hands of the Warriors in Game 4 that tied the series at 2-2. Stephen Curry went crazy, scoring 33 points on 10-of-20 shooting overall and 7-of-14 from three. Golden State shot 55.4 percent overall, made 15-of-32 from long range and racked up 32 assists.
Los Angeles got behind the eight-ball from the start, giving up 39 points in the first quarter and going down by 15 points. The Clippers made a few small charges over the course of the game, but they were never able to get enough key stops to seriously threaten Golden State. Jamal Crawford had 26 points in the loss.
The emotions are sure to be running high in this pivotal Game 5, with the winner taking control of the series.
