NBA playoffs 2014, Heat vs. Nets: Game time, TV schedule, radio and more
The Nets look to hold off the Heat in Brooklyn.

The Miami Heat have taken full control of the Eastern Conference playoffs, looking head and shoulders above the rest of their side of the bracket. They've won six straight games and head into Brooklyn with a chance to build up to a 3-0 series lead. Through the first two games, they have completely overwhelmed the Nets.
Brooklyn rotates multiple big, long wings on LeBron James and Dwyane Wade and it has actually limited Miami's two stars. James is averaging 22 points and Wade is averaging 14, both well below their season averages. But all of the focus on James and Wade has opened up opportunities for Miami's supplemental guys. Chris Bosh has netted 33 points through two games and Ray Allen has scored 32, connecting on seven of his 12 shots from outside.

Brooklyn’s most impressive individual performance came from Mirza Teletovic in Game 2. He dropped 20 and is a real match-up problem for Miami. The Heat like to blitz out on pick-and-rolls, but it’s tough to attack the ball handler if Teletovic sets the screen because he’s such a deadly long-range shooter.
But the Nets need to get more from Deron Williams. He was virtually invisible in Game 2. He missed all nine shots from the field and totaled a donut in the scoring column. He had six assists and seven rebounds, but this is a Nets team that has failed to reach 90 points in both games in this series. They have to get more production from their lead guard.
They also need more out of Kevin Garnett. The 37-year-old center isn’t providing double-doubles at this point in his career, but he has only scored four points through two games. That isn’t enough. We’ll see tonight if Brooklyn’s two veteran cogs can get something going. If they can’t, it might be over for the Nets.
