NBA Draft order 2014: Full list of first- and second-round selections

Cleveland held just a 1.7 percent chance to take another No. 1 overall pick, and that’s exactly what the Cavaliers did at the NBA Draft lottery. Here’s the complete draft order.

SB Nation 2014 NBA Playoff Bracket

The Cleveland Cavaliers are atop the NBA Draft again, this time after moving up from the No. 9 draft lottery spot all the way to No. 1. The rest of the lottery shook out in order, so aside from the carnage of the Cavaliers enjoying the No. 1 overall pick for the third time in the last four years, there are no alarms and no surprises.

Here is the draft order in full, as determined by the lottery and regular season records. Draft trades are shown in parentheses (and in the case of the No. 21 pick, also in order of trades).
