Thunder vs. Spurs, NBA playoffs 2014: Game time, TV schedule, radio and more

San Antonio did what it needed to do in Game 1. After dismantling the Portland Trail Blazers, many wondered if the Oklahoma City Thunder could handle the playoff machine from Texas in the Western Conference Finals. A 17-point loss on Monday gave everyone their answer.

Oklahoma City suffered greatly without Serge Ibaka -- the Thunder lost the battle on the glass and, more importantly, allowed the Spurs to score 66 points in the paint.

If the Thunder are going to survive, they'll need to get more than five points out of starters not named Kevin Durant and Russell Westbrook, as was the case on Monday. Typically, San Antonio's bench accounted for 43 points in Game 1, and finding a way to corral the ever-persistent Manu Ginobili will be key.

The Spurs have seemed happy to take what has been given to them in the playoffs. Against Portland, they attacked the mid-range game, while the Blazers didn't figure out how to slow them down until Game 4. They are sure to go after the paint again on Wednesday night, where Scott Brooks will need to have a defensive game plan ready for Tim Duncan, Tony Parker and Kawhi Leonard.
