Spurs vs. Heat, NBA Finals 2014 Game 4: Time, TV schedule, radio and more

The tweaks on both sides have been made as both Erik Spoelstra and Gregg Popovich have downsized their lineups, but it will always come down to the stars. The San Antonio Spurs head into Game 4 of the NBA Finals on Thursday with a 2-1 lead over the Miami Heat, and that is in large part because of the youngest star of all.

Twenty-two-year-old Kawhi Leonard scored a career-high 29 points to help the offensively-brilliant Spurs win Game 3 in Miami, and now it's on the Heat to split at home. On Tuesday, San Antonio recovered from LeBron James' big Game 2 just as James had recovered from his cramps in Game 1, and it was Leonard whose aggressiveness and efficiency -- he hit 10-of-13 from the floor -- mirrored the offensive success for the Spurs, who shot 59 percent for the game.

James will have his chance to lead Miami to an answer. He and Dwyane Wade were efficient in Game 3, but they contributed to 20 Heat turnovers on Tuesday. The bigger questions might be about their defensive adjustments, or where their help comes from. Chris Bosh was quiet with four shot attempts, and even decent contributions from Rashard Lewis and Ray Allen weren't enough to keep pace with the Spurs.
