Boston Celtics' 23-year-old free agent Avery Bradley has agreed to re-sign with the team that drafted him with the 19th overall selection in 2010, according to the Boston Herald's Steve Bulpett. Bradley will earn $32 million over the course of four seasons, reports the Boston Globe's Baxter Holmes.

The Boston Celtics have agreed to a four-year contract with restricted free agent guard Avery Bradley.

The 6’2 guard averaged 14.9 points and 3.8 rebounds per game in 2013-14 and was a priority for Boston heading into the July free agency period. Though Celtics president of basketball operations Danny Ainge and Bradley’s camp couldn’t come to an extension agreement before the season, both sides appeared ready to continue discussions this month.

According to Yahoo! Sports' Marc J. Spears, Boston and the Philadelphia 76ers were the first teams to reach out to Bradley, a restricted free agent, once free agency arrived.
Bradley has been held in high regard within Boston because of his defensive abilities at both guard positions, and the Celtics now have a versatile three-guard rotation that includes him, All-Star Rajon Rondo and rookie Marcus Smart. Ainge has been open about having coach Brad Stevens play all three.
