The Pistons just don’t lose anymore. The Toronto Raptors got out to a 12-point lead by the end of the first quarter Monday, but Detroit’s offense scored 66 points in the second half to steal another one. “Steal” is used literally there because the play above is how the game ended.
The Raptors inbounded the ball in the backcourt down three with six seconds left. Kyle Lowry tried to bring the ball up to get his team one more chance at the tie, but Brandon Jennings had other ideas. The Pistons win again.
