Noted New York Knicks fan Spike Lee did not travel to London last Thursday for the team's game against the Milwaukee Bucks. In an interview with Yahoo! Movies, he was asked about not going overseas and offered this fantastic response:

He did the right thing.

The questions about his Knicks fandom continued as the interview tried to press Lee on his feelings about the Knicks. He wasn’t saying much though, claiming his lower attendance numbers this season are due to him being busy.
The Knicks lost the game in London 96-79, so clearly Spike did the right thing.
