Monday night's Knicks-Kings and Nets-Trail Blazers games have been postponed due to Winter Storm Juno, the N.B.A announced on Monday afternoon. The Knicks-Kings matchup has been rescheduled for March 3, while the Nets and Blazers will play their game on April 6. Both games will take place in their originally scheduled locations.
Winter Storm Juno forces postponement of Nets-Trail Blazers, Knicks-Kings
The incoming blizzard has put New York City’s Monday night games on hold.
The next game on the schedule for the Knicks is Wednesday night against the Thunder in New York. But given weather reports it's safe to wonder whether that contest could end up being postponed as well.
As for the Nets, they're slated to travel to Atlanta this week for a Wednesday night matchup against the Hawks. The New York area airports, however, are expected to experience lots of delays over the next few days, which could lead to that game also being postponed. Teams like the Celtics, Sixers, Wizards and anyone else traveling to and around the New York and Boston areas are going to face similar problems.
