The 76ers finally won their first home game of the year

No LeBron James, no Kyrie Irving, no Dion Waiters -- no problem for Philadelphia.

The Philadelphia 76ers won only three home games during the calendar year of 2014. Philadelphia did not have a home win this season in 14 tries. On Monday night against the Cleveland Cavaliers, the Sixers finally gave their fans something to cheer about with a 95-92 win. The Sixers are now undefeated at home in 2015. Plan your celebrations accordiningly.

Yes, the Cavs were without LeBron James, Kyrie Irving and the recently traded Dion Waiters, but let’s focus on Philadelphia here. Tony Wroten come off the bench to score 20 points. He scored the game-winner with nine seconds remaining for the clinching bucket.

Sixers announcer Malik Rose was pretty excited about it, saying “Grow out the playoff beards, baby!” as the final buzzer sounded.

Cleveland is now 1-3 against the Knicks, Sixers and Pistons this season. The real winner on the night? It might be the New York Knicks. The Sixers now have the same number of wins as New York. Yes, the Knicks badly need those ping-pong balls.

Update: Joel Embiid has spoken!

LeBron is on notice.
