You can forgive Golden State Warriors reserve big man Marreese Speighs for being a bit off in Monday’s blowout win over the Oklahoma City Thunder. Gang members attempted to rob him at gunpoint outside a San Francisco nightclub early Monday morning, according to KTVU.
Marreese Speights escaped an attempted robbing at gunpoint

"Sources say a group of gang members tried to rob him of his gold chains," according to the report.
Speights was able to escape uninjured after the incident at Cellar Night Club in downtown San Francisco. Police were able to arrest the alleged robber, a 28-year-old man named Michael Jackson who has a criminal record.
Speights has been on fire to start the season, but shot just 1-for-8 against the Thunder. The Warriors didn’t need him, winning by 26 to further assert their dominance over the Western Conference and push the Thunder down the standings. Speights went 8-for-12 for 18 points two nights later against the Indiana Pacers.
