Even when the Philadelphia 76ers do something right, it looks like pure luck.
76ers get a dunk thanks to a pass that looked like a mistake
Philadelphia wasn’t lucky enough to pick up its first win of the season.

T.J. McConnell tried to get fancy on a no-look pass to either Hollis Thompson or Isaiah Canaan, but he put a little too much zing on it and the pass came out HOT. Thompson was ready, though, and snagged the ball out of the air with one hand, drove to the hoop and dished off perfect pass to Nerlens Noel for a thunderous slam. It was some beautiful basketball.
McConnell even surprised himself with how much juice he had on the pass. Not a surprise, however: the Sixers lost to the Dallas Mavericks, 92-86.
