The Sacramento Kings will be without their star center when they travel to Miami to play the Heat on Thursday night. DeMarcus Cousins has been suspended one game for hitting Hawks big man Al Horford with a forearm to the head during Atlanta’s win on Wednesday, the league announced.

Cousins finished with 24 points in the loss on Wednesday.

The Kings know how much they can struggle with Cousins out of the lineup. Sacramento is 0-4 this season without Cousins and 11-37 over the past six years when he’s out, according to James Ham of Comcast Sports Net.
Cousins has been one of the most productive players in the league this season when he’s on the floor. Boogie is fourth in the league in scoring (25.7 points per game), fifth in rebounding (11.1 per game) and seventh in PER.
