The factions have ultimately been resolved general manager Pete D’Alessandro is likely getting the man he once worked with in Denver. Still, several players reportedly are not on board with the decision.

Cousins’ statement comes after he drew some criticism as a result of the reported resistance from his agents, despite the fact Cousins had remained silent on the issue until releasing the statement. Cousins has now made it clear he’s not leading resistance and instead sounds like a player who would just like to move on and focus on the happenings on the court. Cousins’ name has been at the forefront of the anti-Karl reports, but minority owners and even other players have reportedly resisted the hire.
