NBA All-Star Weekend schedule: Main event set for Sunday

The NBA has some festivities in store before the All-Star Game tips off Sunday night in NYC.

The 2015 NBA All-Star Weekend comes to its conclusion Sunday, but the league has a busy day planned before leaving New York City. Prior to the main event, which begins at 8:30 p.m. ET on TNT, there’s a day full of festivities for those hoping to get their hoops fix.

The day technically starts with the Legends Brunch, a special event hosted by the Players Association each year, although that’s not broadcast on TV. The real start to things comes with the D-League All-Star Game, which begins at 2:30 p.m. ET and will be broadcast on NBA TV.

NBA TV will be keeping up the coverage throughout the day, with NBA GameTime at 5 p.m. ET and the Sprint Pregame Concert at 6 p.m. ET. Things then switch over to TNT at 7 p.m. ET for the pregame show, and the game itself tips off at 8:30 p.m. ET. The night will finish with “Inside The NBA,” giving us a chance to see what Chuck and company thought about the weekend.

It should be a fun day, and we’re excited to see the game’s best rack up highlights.
