Kyle Lowry leaves game with back contusion
The Raptors point guard was ruled out following a hard fall.

After attempting to drive to the rim, Lowry got kneed in the back by Gorgui Dieng and appeared to be in obvious pain. He stayed in the game briefly to shoot free throws, but subbed out after and headed straight for the locker room.
The 28-year-old is coming off one of his best performances of the season, a 20-point, 11-rebound, 10-assist triple-double on Tuesday against Indiana. His status moving forward and the severity of the back injury will be a major storyline for the Raptors. Lowry is second on the team in scoring at 18.2 points per game while leading the team in assists at 7.0 and steals at 1.6 per game. Toronto is currently third in the East, but just a half-game ahead of Chicago. The Raptors have Thursday off before traveling for a head-to-head matchup with the Bulls on Friday.
