NBA playoffs 2015 schedule: Bulls, Warriors try to extend their series leads to 2-0

Can Anthony Davis lead the Pelicans to a win in Golden State? Can Milwaukee slow down the rejuvenated Derrick Rose? We’ll find out Monday night.

Anthony Davis' playoff debut went quite well, all things considered. A win would have been nice, but there's a reason the Warriors are the No. 1 seed. They're really hard to beat (expert analysis there, right?), especially at home, where they've lost just two games all year.

And yet, in Game 1, Davis was nearly able to lead the Pelicans back from 25 points down. He scored 20 points in the fourth quarter and finished with 35 as New Orleans scored 40 of the game's final 62 points. The Warriors were able to hold on and win 106-99, but the game proved that this first round series is not going to be an easy one for them. They have the likely MVP on their side in Stephen Curry, but he might not be the best player on the court.

Will we see some sort of adjustment from Golden State in Game 2 that makes Davis’ life even more difficult, or will The Brow play like this the rest of the series? Game 2, which takes place in Golden State Monday night, will answer this question for us.

But Warriors-Pelicans is the second game of the night. Game 2 of the Bulls-Bucks series, which Chicago leads 1-0, leads off the night.

Game 1 was all about Derrick Rose, who scored 23 points in his first playoff game in three years. The Bucks had no answer for the former MVP, nor did they have one for Chicago's stifling defense, which held Milwaukee to 39 percent shooting. This is a young Bucks team with very little playoff experience. It's possible that Game 1 was a nerve-wracking one for many on the team and that we see a different type of performance in Game 2.

But it’s also possible that Milwaukee is completely overmatched and folds in either four or five games. We’ll know after Monday night’s game in Chicago if that’s going to be the case.

Monday’s schedule (all times ET)

Milwaukee Bucks at Chicago Bulls: 8 p.m., TNT, TNT Overtime

New Orleans Pelicans at Golden State Warriors, 10:30 p.m., TNT, TNT Overtime
