Atlanta Hawks shooting guard Kyle Korver suffered a sprained right ankle during the third quarter of Game 2 and was forced out of the lineup. The injury was bad enough that the team called him doubtful to return.
Kyle Korver leaves Game 2 after injuring right ankle
Already playing with a limited DeMarre Carroll, the Hawks are now playing without their sharpshooter.

Korver suffered the injury as he was going for a loose ball. Cleveland Cavaliers guard Matthew Dellavedova dove on the court and rolled up on Korver's ankle as they both went for the ball. Korver's right foot got pinned under Dellavedova's body and he appeared to be in immediate pain. Korver headed straight back to the locker room with trainers and was called doubtful to return not long later.
It's the second straight game injuries have struck the Hawks' lineup. DeMarre Carroll was forced out of Game 1 with a knee injury that proved to just be a sprain. Now, Atlanta is forced to finish Game 2 without its sharpshooter. Korver has been in a bit of a slump as of late, but is still Atlanta's best outside threat. He scored 12 points on 4-of-11 shooting before leaving.
