LeBron James comes up bloody after hitting head on camera

LeBron James started bleeding from his head in the second quarter after hitting his noggin on a baseline camera in Game 4 of the NBA Finals. James laid on the ground for a few minutes with a towel over his head, but stayed in the game to take two free throws. He has remained in the game.
