Good morning. Let’s basketball.
Good morning. You know nothing, Matthew Dellavedova.
That and more in Monday’s NBA newsletter.

HOLY STEPH: Only Wardell Stephen F. Curry could render another LeBron banger a footnote. Holy smokes. Curry hit bomb after bomb in a 17-point fourth quarter to push the Warriors to a 3-2 series advantage. Just look at these shots!
We knew the game would be special when Curry and LeBron hit these shots back-to-back.
LEBREEZUS: LeBron had a 40-point triple-double. In the G.D. Finals. It was a virtuoso performance all for naught as the squad didn’t show up. (Tristan Thompson was doing things. Other than that? No.) In one quarter James scored or assisted on every single Cleveland basket!! Then after the game, when asked why he’s confident Cleveland can win the next two, LeBron flatly stated that he’s confident because “I’m the best player in the world.” Damn skippy.
Harrison Barnes didn’t have a classically good game, but he made a darned nice poster.
NOTED: Not all Warriors fans appreciate Matthew Dellavedova’s pluck. If you’re curious, this is why they do not appreciate Delly.
METALLICA NATIONAL ANTHEM! It was a huge mistake to play Timofey Mozgov for only five minutes after that.
PROVING DOUBTERS WRONG SINCE TWO THOUSAND FOREVER: Yaron Weitzman with a nice piece on David Blatt’s career of proving he’s a better coach than people think.
THE UNFATHOMABLE WORKLOAD: Tom Haberstroh on what LeBron has had to do.
PROOF THAT NBA DRAFT REPORTING IS THE WORST: Seth Rosenthal takes all of the reports around the top four in the draft, puts them all together in a MEGA-REPORT and uncovers the absurdity of it all. Unless -- and hear me out -- there are multiple basketball universes and these reporters are just failing to report from which one Jahlil Okafor is a lock for No. 2, and from which one the Lakers are looking at Kristaps Porzingis? #staywoke
HOW ILYASOVA HELPS THE PISTONS: A breakdown on what Ersan Ilyasova will help Detroit do in the offseason.
NUMBERS GAME: This is some skepticism that the Bulls will embrace analytics now that Fred Hoiberg is coaching the team.
Happy Monday. See you next time.
