Gilbert Arenas smashed his own car partly because of Netflix dispute with ex-girlfriend

Gilbert Arenas is currently being sued by his ex-girlfriend Laura Govan because she alleges he evicted her from their Los Angeles mansion and “forcefully took” back the engagement ring he gave her, reportedly worth $1 million. It turns out those weren’t the only issues the two had.

Arenas posted a video on Instagram on Tuesday, showing him smashing his Mercedes in 2014 in rebuttal to Govan allegedly breaking windows in his house and throwing his computer into the pool.

There are some serious issues involved, but Arenas appears especially upset by the loss of his Netflix account. The password was saved on the computer, so he was unable to access it after it was thrown into the pool. Here is the caption from his Instagram post.

TMZ reports the car Arenas smashed was one Govan drove. Govan filed the lawsuit 12 months after the incident in the video.
